1. About BookMySalon
BookMySalon.io provides a platform where customers can discover and compare salons and, when enabled by a salon, request or book an appointment. Salons manage their own profile, offerings, hours and policies.
2. Accounts and use
You are responsible for accurate account details and keeping your login credentials confidential. Use the platform lawfully and do not misuse another person’s data, access or functionality.
3. Bookings and payments
A booking becomes final only after the confirmation stated in the booking flow. The salon sets its services, prices, cancellation rules and in-salon payment options. Platform payments are processed by the selected payment provider.
4. Salon profiles
Salons are responsible for the accuracy of their information, media, services, prices and availability. BookMySalon may display public or user-provided information and may amend or remove inaccurate or inappropriate content.
5. Intellectual property
BookMySalon and its licensors retain rights in the software, brand and platform content. You retain rights in uploaded content but grant BookMySalon permission to display and technically process it for the platform.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable platform but cannot always guarantee availability or error-free information. To the extent permitted by law, BookMySalon is not liable for salon conduct, missed appointments, indirect loss or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Changes and contact
